About Frank
Frank graduated from the American Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, and
completed his apprenticeship in Bern, Switzerland, where he concentrated his studies in European
Cuisine.* Since then, Frank has honed his culinary skills in such esteemed establishments as the
Ritz Carleton in Palm Beach, Florida, to Postrio in San Francisco, where he mastered Pacific Rim
Cuisine under the tutelage of world renowned celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck. Soon, he headed to
Salt Lake City, where his catering journey began, that would lead him to numerous and high profile
clients, to include the rock groups Metallica, Traffic, and singer Steve Winwood. He was also
singled out to create a menu proposal for the Olympic Bid Committee for the 2002 Winter Olympics.
Eventually, Frank ended up in Bozeman, and has called Montana home for nine years. He enjoys
giving the gift of his artistic ability to customize and create menus suited for any taste. Frank will
proudly serve a down home barbeque, feed a hungry movie set crew, or provide a bride with an elegant,
upscale wedding reception. Stop in, get a sandwich, say hi, and let Frank do the rest…
